Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Afmörkun sem vísar til stefnu um skipulagsmál á miðhálendinu sem sett er fram í landsskipulagsstefnu 2015-2026. Landsskipulagsstefnan er unnin á grunni skipulagslaga nr. 123/2010 og reglugerðar um landsskipulagsstefnu. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Í landsskipulagsstefnu er stefna um skipulagsmál á miðhálendinu miðuð við afmörkun miðhálendisins eins og hún er skilgreind í Svæðisskipulagi miðhálendis Íslands 2015. Hún miðast í grunninn við línu dregna á milli heimalanda og afrétta en sem var aðlöguð staðbundið í samráði við viðkomandi sveitarstjórnir og aðra hagsmunaaðila við vinnslu svæðisskipulagsins. Markalína miðhálendisins skal auðkennd á aðalskipulagsuppdráttum þeirra sveitarfélaga sem ná inn á miðhálendið.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Samkvæmt landsskipulagsstefnu 2015-2026 skal Skipulagsstofnun varðveita hnitsetta afmörkun miðhálendisins og veita aðgang að nýjustu útgáfu hennar. Sveitarstjórnir geta lagt til breytingar á markalínu miðhálendisins við endurskoðun aðalskipulags, enda feli breytingin í sér að endurskoðuð markalína afmarki betur náttúrufarslega heild hálendisins. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Landupplýsingagögn fyrir mörk miðhálendisins urðu fyrst til þegar Svæðisskipulag miðhálendis Íslands 2015 var í vinnslu og voru þau unnin á kortagrunn Landmælinga Íslands á þeim tíma. Skipulagsstofnun hefur yfirfarið gögnin og skráð eigindir fyrir þau. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Listi yfir sveitarfélög á miðhálendinu: Borgarbyggð, Húnaþing vestra, Húnavatnshreppur, Sveitarfélagið Skagafjörður, Akrahreppur, Eyjafjarðarsveit, Þingeyjarsveit, Skútustaðahreppur, Fljótsdalshérað, Fljótsdalshreppur, Djúpavogshreppur, Sveitarfélagið Hornafjörður, Skaftárhreppur, Mýrdalshreppur, Rangárþing eystra, Rangárþing ytra, Ásahreppur, Skeiða- og Gnúpverjahreppur, Hrunamannahreppur, Bláskógabyggð, Grímsnes- og Grafningshreppur.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
